The Planning Partnership acted as planning consultants in appealing a refusal of permission by Dublin City Council in January 2012 for the extension of an existing Discount Foodstore.

Following a comprehensive appeal in February 2012, An Bord Pleanála overturned the Dublin City Council decision and granted planning permission for the proposal in September 2012.
