Development Contribution Appeals

The Planning Partnership provided services to a major retailer in County Kildare in Appealing substantial development contributions imposed on a number of stores throughout the county regarding inadequate supply of car parking.  In all cases, we were 100% successful in removing the entire levies imposed, which ranged from €42,750 to €120,000.
