Development Contribution Appeal

The Planning Partnership provided services to a nursing home operator in Appealing over €60,000 of a Special Development Contribution.

In August 2012, An Bord Pleánala overturned the decision of Meath County Council to levy the amount and removed the levy in entirety, as sought in our Appeal.
