Brownfield Redevelopment of Supermarket

In association with Structural Design Solutions Ltd. (Consulting Engineers/Architects), The Planning Partnership as application agents secured planning permission for the development of a Discount Foodstore at Butterly Business Park.

Following lodgement of a comprehensive application, Dublin City Council issued a notification to grant within eight weeks.  The decision was subsequently appealed by a number of parties where The Planning Authority also provided services in responding to and rebutting third party appeals.  The Board subsequently granted planning permission in August 2012.
