Wessel’s experience in Environmental Planning ensures that The Planning Partnership can provide tailored environmental planning advice to the specific needs of its Quarry Clients.
Building on his relationship with Spillane Sand and Gravel since 2009, Wessel continues to act as lead planning advisor for the extraction activities at Coolderry, Ardcroney, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary by providing ongoing strategic planning and environmental planning advice.
In August 2012, North Tipperary County Council issued its decision that No Further Action is Required in terms of section 261A of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended) for Spillane Sand and Gravel’s activities at Coolderry.
