Law Reform Commission’s Public Consultation on Compulsory Acquisition of Land

The Law Reform Commission have launched a public consultation, and published an Issues Paper, on the issue of the Compulsory Acquisition of Land.

The issues paper considers 23 separate aspects of compulsory acquisition as set out here and summarised in the Commission’s press release.
